Multnomah County’s Preschool for All connects kids in our community to free preschool, and the application for this coming school year opens today with a priority deadline of May 31st. Children who will be 3 or 4 on or before September 1, 2023, and have at least one parent or legal guardian living in Multnomah County are eligible to apply.
